「I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room.
A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. 」
「It was a nice experience, this is a good hotel, well located. Nice indoor pool. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast. However, it is hard to classify it as a 5 stars hotel. There are many small details that should be fixed: dirty chairs and table on the terrace, no bathrobe in the room (available at the pool, but looking quite old), scratches everywhere, broken safe box, only 3 hangers etc. Our 7th floor terrace had a direct look over two empty (looking like abandoned) outdoor pools.」
「This is such a beautiful hotel, the rooms were stunning and everyone was so friendly starting from the desk to the people working at the restaurant. Location of the hotel is just perfect to walk to Gabriela’s Mistral museum and take a stroll at the plaza. The food at the restaurant was excellent with detailed presentation of each plate and so delicious. My wife and I will definitely return and we recommend this anyone coming to Vicuña!」
