"Great stay. Only thing was it was cold and the hot tub didnt work. We paid amenity fees and couldnt use said amenities. "

"Absolutely disgusting. Broken entry/exit door handles. Stained sheets! Everything smelled so awful. The smoke alarm battery chirped all night. The bathroom was so gross, red splatters on the counters, dirty footprints in the shower. Lights were burned out, outlets didn't work. Cigarette burns all over the balcony plastic chairs. The pool was murky. We stayed one night, we arrived late. After the first hour or so we knew had to leave and talked to the front desk. They said the manager would refund the rest of our stay if we left by 11:00 AM the following day. We checked out at 10:00 AM and the manager was promised to call us to confirm the refund. The manager never called. I called the front desk over and over and the manager was never in and they promised they would call me back. Almost 3 weeks later I haven't heard from the manager. I disputed the charge with bank. So awful, do not stay here. Honestly, I cannot believe they are operating. Gross."

"This is a very beautiful and very expensive hotel. Everything costs extra. Want to park your car? 29.00 per day. There is an additional 49.00 per day resort fee.a glass if house wine is 18.00 and they include 20% service fee. Oh and its called a beach resort. Want a chair at the beach it will cost you 49.00 for half day. Hmmm. We had to have our refrigerator replaced because it didn't work, then the tv kept going out (not that we were watching it much but it didnt work when we did. The sensor on the balcony door was broken so sometimes we didn’t have a working thermostat because it thought the door was open. I did take advantage of the spa, and had a nice massage, chilled out in the lavender room with a glass of bubbly. Prices were high but expected , they also included a 20% service charge. The view from the balcony was beautiful. A little annoying to have the helicopter tours overhead. Beautiful sunset spot. Restaurant was ok , not great and again very expensive. There is a service charge and some sort if use charge for room service so a 16.00 salad costs over 40. There is free fresh brewed Starbucks coffee on every floor, i would suggest taking advantage of that. I will likely pick another hotel or resort when returning to the area. Overall beautiful and high end, and quite enjoyable. but not worth all the extra fees they charge. "

"This staff was absolutely incredible! Very clean, housekeeping was fantastic. The manager, Jessica, was an absolute gem and helped us with an on the fly hotel switch and she was so welcoming and extremely accommodating! Breakfast was fresh and very well managed considering the number of guests. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The bartenders were attentive and an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend this property!"

"We have a mini fridge but didn't have a microwave. We wanted to warm up leftovers but when we called the front desk they said they would bring one up but it would cost $20 We just threw the leftovers away when we left."

"The stay was wonderful! The Gulf view 7th floor was amazing! The weather was perfect. I only wish the room had a couch and a microwave. "
