“I loved this resort. This was paradise I can only have ever dreamed of and spending my birthday here was very relaxing and peaceful. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, loved hearing “Morning Sir” everyday. The beach was just as beautiful as the pictures show however the jellyfish fish signs should be relocated so they are not hidden by tree branches. Food at the Bamboo Kitchen was delicious and the shuttle driver was great at helping us with directions and alternative transportation ”

“位于白岛对面，酒店也提供船过去白岛，硬件条件也算是岛上比较好的一家了。但是我们一行4个家庭在这个酒店的经历实在是让人很不高兴 1. 我们在酒店吃饭的时候丢钱了，酒店只会敷衍，根本不作为，最终没有把钱找回来，虽然我们没有直接证据，但很大的概率指向酒店内部员工。 2. 我们有三间房间是通过酒店邮件预订的，因此还打了一笔国际转账作为定金，这笔定金酒店没有按照当时的汇率结算，而是打了8.5折左右，询问为什么这样，根本说不清楚，一会儿说是岛上汇率有差别，一会儿说银行就给他们入账了这么多，但实际上他们无法确认哪一笔明细是来自于我的转账，而他们每天都能收到不同国家的很多人的转账。 3. 第四天晚上不知道为何酒店三楼和四楼地板上有大量的臭虫，密度大概是一平方米30个，实在是头皮发麻，被吓了一大跳，臭虫还爬到了椅子上，晒在外面的衣服上。 4.……

“We stayed for 2 nights at Chali. First of all there is no swimmable beach. The view is industrial as the property is off a very busy highway. Nevertheless once you are in the property, there is a semblance of being in a resort. There is a pool but we didn’t use it although the people who were using it seemed to enjoy it. “The overall experience is really good. Stayed 2 nights with my partner. Staff are very friendly. Walking to locations can take some time however the hotel has small transit units like golf buggies. Call reception and they come to collect and drop off. No telephone in the room and no room service was slightly disappointing. Swimming pools need to be cleaned more frequently. Staff are very friendly. Food was really nice. Very quiet location if you want to completely switch off from things. Lovely……
