「This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had in Malta. When I requested a change to my booking dates, I received no flexibility or meaningful assistance despite explaining my situation clearly. The customer service was unhelpful, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. As someone relocating to Malta, I expected a more professional and accommodating approach. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this guest house based on my experience」

「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location.
