“We were very happy with our stay at this property. The location was great for us, and the condo itself was fully equipped with everything one could have needed (including spices for cooking, and an initial supply of the essentials). It was great to have everything needed for a day at the beach or pool. Communication on access and directions to the condo was great. We would definitely stay here again.”

We have stayed in this unit previously under different ownership, and in comparison, to prior visits, this year's experience was disappointing.The unit did not have a working bbq, as advertised. What was there was a derelict bbq that lacked working burners; the back of the firebox was missing, the wheels and side shelf were collapsed.There was a lack of……

“There was no communication with the host. I reached out to him for the check in information about a week before our arrival. That was the one and only time there was any communication. The condo was in need of basic maintenance (everything from paint, cabinets, stained countertops etc.) The patio furniture needed to be replaced, maybe a bar height table to be able to enjoy the view.The lawn chairs on the beach area were unusable.I will say the pool area was well maintained.”

After a few days we found it under couch. Had planned to watch a movie one night. Great view. Rented 3 bdrm for 2 couples so we could get 2 king beds. One king room had no closet access so had to use extra room closet. ”
