"We are a family of four. Checked in at around 9:30pm. Got unpacked & ready for bed at about 12:30 our neighbor started playing very very loud music, I waited it out for about 30 mins then called down to ask if there were any restrictions on music & they told me they would call the room to ask to lower music. Music was lowered but definitely not enough "

"Definitely one of the worse things rooms I have stayed in Bathroom was dirty and the shower tub was stained The commode was leaking out at the base Would not recommend staying Only positive was it was close to the airport "

"Noisy at night. People slamming doors and up to 1AM, playing music, talking on balcony. Wanted to book a bigger room for next night to move to quieter section and they told us we would need to check out at 11 AM and check back in at 2:30 PM! I travel for work, been in 1000s of hotels--never been asked to check out for several hours if I booked back to back nights at a hotel! Staff incredibly hostile. Has ICE injected so much tension into this community? I believe so. This used to be such a friendly town."

"Liked the room, though not enough space between ac/heat unit and bed, actually almost no space. "

"The first night we stayed there everything was fine. The second night, when we got to our room, it had a sewage smell, we called the front desk and a maintenance guy with a spray bottle showed up. We asked to get another room, they said they were fully booked but didn't provide us any solutions or answers while we were sitting in the lobby for a whole hour in the middle of the night. The staff has terrible problem solving skills and communication. I hope they get this fixed"

"After a 4 hour drive pulled up to hotel to check in, got keys walked into our room and it was filthy. Dirty towels hanging on shower rod piled up on the bathroom floor, sink was gross trash was all Over the room and left in trash can. We we complained to the front desk the manager walked us to over to the room next door and it was somewhat decent, we were exhausted just got out of work and drove 4 hours. Got settled in and noticed that the carpets have not been vacuum probably in a week or longer. We didn’t bring it to the manger’s attention due to the exhaustion and overwhelmed by the filth of the first room. Property looks run down. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future. "

"They have bugs in the beds. I got bitten by the bugs and I am real seek. I when to see a Dr. and I have spend money, time and not be availed to work. Head heard, itching in all my body. I am taking medicine and some creams, but it is not fair "
