"First time staying at South Shore. It was quiet. Very clean. Comfortable and was very close to Cedar Point. Very affordable, but seemed a bit dated. I liked supporting an independent hotel. They welcomed me with cold bottled water which was a very nice touch after a long trip. The breakfast was cereal, yogurt, toast/bagels, bananas/apples, and had pancake machines. The pool seemed fun with slides, but I didn’t utilize it.,The staff were very kind. Only critique was that the room door didn’t have a working deadbolt, bathroom was pretty narrow and the mattress was a bit uneven. Would I stay here again, most likely."
