「We had bugs in our room and felt them through the night which was very disruptive to sleeping Random people driving through the parking lot when we were next to our car asking for gas money and was evident they were using drugs Check in process was delayed and they kept telling us to call back every hour to see if our room was ready - this went on for 5 hours」

「I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.」

「The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk said what do you want? I told her she fixed it. I went to biffys because according to online they were supposed to be open. They were not so we had to leave again to...

「I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay.」

「Decent stop. The breakfast wasn't great, and the pancake machine would have been really cool if it had worked, but it gave two halves of crispy pancake. The property was a little dingy overall.」

「Clean, but not hot water in shower, just luke warm. Only a foot between bed and bathroom door. There was a refrigerator.」
