“We asked for handicap. We did receive first floor. The air conditioning on high cool when first arrived-9pm. It was cold in room. We turned heat on- there is no regulation on cooling or heating- so then hot in room. The beds are very firm, hard on back. The breakfast was wonderful all items- scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee, etc. That was the very best breakfast served. Area is in a quiet area. ”

The layout in our room was so that nothing had to be on the floor! The Grand Harmony Spa and Masages from Jess were absolutely healing. And, the late night swim was a great wind down from the full day. The late checkout option was totally worth it!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!”
