“Beautiful property, well equipped with breakfast hamper provided. Felt very secure but further from the sea than described. Only issues was the limited head room in places as this is located in the roof space of the building ie toilet area of bathroom, shower, living room. Bed is located in a corner and head space is limited whilst in bed. A lovely property otherwise. ”

“Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)……

“I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was lovely & the washing machine was handy. The area was very noisy though as it is right in town above a bar & I was there at……

“A delightful well equipped upside down house hidden quietly away between main road and the seafront. The two balconies catch the sun during the day and amazing sunsets in the evenings, also small courtyard garden. Excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance, good bus service to Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury.”

“The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside.”

“Set in beautiful private land, with fantastic views of the countryside and swimming lake, very warm and high quality private bathroom and hut. Great Hot tub looking at the stars, great veranda. Electricity in the hut and shared communal fridge and freezer, as well as your own fridge and microwave. Host let us bring out own fire pit and lent us a toaster, as none in the hut. Very Romanic ( wont take the kids next time) Nigel the host very friendly and helpful. Sooooo relaxing, local pubs good and……

“The house is spacious and well fitted out. The quirky decor makes a refreshing change to the basic furniture and fittings found in most holiday homes. The whole house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The welcome cupcakes were delicious. It’s an easy 10 minute walk through the woodland to the beach. I would highly recommend this property to families and friends.”

“Found the hotel overall pleasant , i stayed one night i didn't have a very good night sleep found the very hard pillow was very uncomfortable, there was two off us staying in the room there was only one bath towel we had to ask for another and one cup . The breakfast was good . Have stayed in this Hotel before a few years back found it excellent feel that this time different because of the hard pillow ”
