"Everything was very good at the hotel with the exception of the there was a terrible sewer smell when we arrived on Friday afternoon on the first floor entry from the parking area and again on the 4th floor going to our room. Seemed not to be as bad on Saturday but did notice it again strong this morning. The carpet on the 4th floor on the way to our room was very dated and dirty looking. The room itself was very clean and neat but could have used an extra blanket. Normally there is an extra blanket and pillow in the closet or in one of the drawers. All the staff was very nice and helpful during our stay. Will look to rebook this property again when we return to the area."

"Horrible staff members, they were super rude. One came to my room door knocking super hard being rude, because supposedly he got a complaint of us being loud when we were already in bed watching movies and my 4 year old sleeping and waking her up, then he comes and says “I’m not saying is you guys but if we get another complaint we were gonna have a serious problem” like that’s super rude and unprofessional. Just assuming and then coming to knock on our door like crazy and waking up my daughter."

"There were ants in our sink, wet floor, tv didn't work, and smelled horrible. The security locks on the doors didn't work, so anyone could come into the building. Our room was changed to the 2nd floor, tv didn't work, water was scalding hot, got stuck in the elevator. This place is so run down and disgusting from the 1st floor to the top. Puke in corners and dog crap on floor, it's disgusting. The fact that they charge over $170 a night is horrendous, they shouldn't even charge $50 a night. I am so disgusted with this disgusting facility. Do NOT stay here ever!!!"
