Excellent location

Lovely house with large rooms, enough space for children to play. Beds were comfy and bonus of all having ensuite bathroom rooms! Well equipped kitchen. Great location for beach, cafe and park.

A lovely stay in perfect location.

We really enjoyed our weekend. The house is in an amazing location steps from the beach & the park. Local amenities are great. Communication with the owner was excellent - his response times were unbelievably quick. The house was very comfortable & spacious and had everything we needed. We had a great time and couldn’t fault a thing.

Lovely house in a great location, plenty of room for a family of 7 and 3 dogs, it was lovely to have the beach on your doorstep the dogs loved thier walks on the beach, owners Paul & Angie were very accommodating, always on hand if we had any questions, very friendly, nice people, we spent Christmas at the house, it would be great to return in the summer months. Ample room for our group of 6.

Ample room for our group of 6. Interesting locations nearby, and very close to the sea which we appreciated, as home is as far as is it is possible to be from the sea! We had a fabulous week at beech house in sea Palling. We are a large family, with 8 children between us. Beech house met all our needs, with every room having an en-suite! The house is big enough to accommodate 10 easily, it’s well equipped and very clean. The owner Paul is also extremely helpful. During our stay we had an issue with the hot water but within 10 minutes of making the call to Paul he had popped in and repaired the fault. My partner left his coat at the cottage and this was returned to us at the owners expense. I cannot recommend this cottage enough! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Sea Palling has possible the best beach in Norfolk.

Sea Palling has possible the best beach in Norfolk. We liked the house which was less than 100 yards from the sea. Two of the bedrooms are delightful room 2 could be improved. Not keen on the small desperate toilet and shower with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge with its fire place is lovely. The dining room is big with a large circular table also equipped with a football game that we all enjoyed. Warmly recommended. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Great location and the house was good with all the en-suites etc.

Great location and the house was good with all the en-suites etc. Could do with a new washing machine and garden furniture. Also one of the showers didn’t work. But being able to swim in the sea and get back to the house in a minute or so makes it a fab location. Also great for visiting the broads, Horsey for the seals, Happisburgh and Bacton.
