CROMER, TRIMINGHAM on NORFOLK, NORTH Norfolk Coast, near Cromer, Mundesley, Bacton and Norfolk Broads, Lovely cosy 2 bed caravan. , Sea view from lounge. Brilliant site with all facilities. On site HEATED Swimming Pool, Big club House, Games room, Cafe, Shop.....10 mins from beach, Also 5 mins from Gimmingham Fishing Lakes Perfik!! Cromer is only a 10 minute drive away and offers shops, restaurants, pier with theatre, pubs, supermarket, museums, cinema, amusements, train and bus station. WIFI available subject to availability (small charge applies) and mobile phone internet access seem to work well. We can supply a MIFI PAYG internet connection if required,

• Perfect location for coastal walks, bird watching, golf, fishing or a relaxing or family break.

• 5 Berth 2 bedroom Caravan .. ( 1 x double, 2 x single and dining area converts to double)

• Lounge area with Pull out double bed, Gas Fire, Selection of DVDs and games cupboard.

• Fully equipped Kitchen with gas oven, fridge/freezer box, microwave, kettle, toaster etc

• Shower room with sink, toilet.
• WC room with sink.

• Own Parking space outside .

• 10 mins from beach walking.

• Hire price includes 1 bottle of gas and 100 units of electric, more than enough for spring/summer/Autumn hols.

• Electric cards / Gas available at site office if required, usually only during winter months

• Duvets/pillows are provided but NOT bed linen or towels / Tea towels.

• There is club house and bar onsite which offers meals all day and some form of entertainment most nights though main night is Saturday.

• There is a laundrette and a small site shop for all the basic groceries.

• There is also an Adults HEATED swimming pool with a child's swimming pool next to club house and only yards from the caravan. Open Whitson to Oct;

• Small well behaved dogs allowed.

• This is a NO SMOKING van.

• WiFi is available subject to availability

Lovely caravan

A lovely caravan enough space for 3 adults and a dog lovely lounge ,separate dinning area and nice little kitchen. We did have to clean alittle before we settled and the shower was a little temperamental but it was still a lovely stay theua re little things. Lovely location stayed here before but not in this caravan great for walking which we did alot of and buses are regular. Will definitely be back.

Very dated and smelt musky. Everytime the heater and keetle was on together it tripped the electrics, shower was very temperamental with nooo entertainment & very few facilities i was very disappointed.

Excellent stay!

Lovely location. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Everything was clean and tidy when I arrived. The host phoned me once I checked in to make sure I knew how to work the fire as it’s been a bit chilly! Very appreciative. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thankyou!

Not for us

Described as a cosy caravan with a sea view, we didn’t find it cosy as beds were thin and uncomfortable due to old mattresses and cheap thin pillows and duvets. Everywhere was grubby with lots of cobwebs, dust, crumbs and unclean surfaces. We had to hoover the food crumbs in the sofas before sitting on them, the shower was full of hair and scum! not the ideal way to start a holiday. The cooker was dirty and the pans greasy, we were left some cleaning products which included a used dish sponge but no tea towel, when we asked for one we were told to buy one they are only 50p! We had to wipe and clean every where before we unpacked. The caravans on the site are are all quite old & very close to each other with cars parked everywhere which felt like a small housing estate. We left after day 2 of a 3 day stay to go home, we are generally quite an easy going family but the kids didn’t like the amount of spiders & I didn’t like the grubbiness. The only positive was the sea view and a 10 min walk to a beach.

Lovely Location

Advertised as WiFi but wasn’t any, but owner was very nice, very obligingly and brought a potable WiFi router. location was wonderful walking distance to a lovely quiet beach, no toilets but we managed. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. Plates, cups, grill and cutlery were dirty, floors were dirty and grubby cupboards were a bit grubby as well. Otherwise we would’ve given 5 stars as we had a lovely stay thank you. Would stay again .

Very nice

The electric tripped constantly,no hand rail on slippery steps when raining,poor parking

The caravan was clean but dated,the main problem being electric constantly tripping and having to go outside in rain and muddy grass to reset and no hand rail on the steps leading from the caravan which was very unsafe in the pouring rain

Property needs a lot of refurbishment underrated electrical breaker tripped out late at night due to the requirement to heat the caravan and then to make cup of tea outside facia needs replacing kept banging in wind just not as comfortable as we would of liked went out a lot clubhouse not pet friendly nor the shop and restaurant although again not exactly very friendly or hyginic anyway didn’t use any of the site apart from the bins

The caravan we stayed in was lovely clean the balcony part was ideal with small children, only a 5 minute walk to the beach, outside pool was really nice in the hot weather, caravan site was very quiet and friendly

Good location for touring Norfolk coast

The Static Caravan was clean and in good condition. All the equipment and fittings were in good working order. The Caravan Park was clean and peaceful during the week we stayed there. Its just 5 minutes from the rare Bee Eater birds nesting site. It was easy to access the Caravan park with a fob.

Nice and Quiet

It was easy to find with the messages and great instructions from the owner.. Unfortunately the shower needs a little tlc.. For swimming you now need to collect your bands from reception and it can no longer be left in the caravan.. It was a wonderfully easy walk to the beach and the area was absolutely relaxing.. Thank you..

Beautiful view lovely site and caravan even if it was a little dated. Highly recommended. Quiet beach 20 mins walk. Great field adjoining thexste to walk your dogs. A real retreat. Be still and know that I am God.

Lovely break

Everything went smoothly and the host was very helpful with my queries. The caravan was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The separate shower room and toilet was very good. The site is very well laid out and quiet. We had a lovely break.

Holiday of peace and tranquility.

We had a lovely peaceful holiday here, its kind of in the middle of nowhere with a short distance walk to sea. Dog friendly, our dog loved his walks to beach and back. As for entertainment Cromer or gt Yarmouth can be reached by car 30 ish minutes. But if your looking for a quiet escape it was perfect.
