“We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals. “The property is not waterfront, and I am not sure that it had access to the lake across the street, but the time of year kept that from being a problem. The area was pretty empty and quiet. The property had some work going on with some debris around. Inside had some work going on as well. No curtains would be a big problem had there been neighbors around, but since there weren't any, it worked out fine. The place hadn't been cleaned very well. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while.
