「All good , especially the services」

「The elevator is really crowded and slow. Long waiting time」

「I booked this hotel for about the same price as the Kensington Hotel one block down. Let's just say, for that price, go to the Kensington!! This place has definitely seen better days, the furniture has wear and tear. The bathroom is huge but kind of run down. The worst part was, the conditioner was CHUNKY and probably expired. I'm glad I only stayed here for one night but it'll definitely be the last time.」

「Booked two rooms for the night and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and new everything looked. Very easy to sign in and the staff was really helpful, especially after I misplaced my room key. I would definitely stay again.」
