Tutto ciò che si possa desiderare

Soggiorno di 14 giorni trascorsi con la famiglia. Accoglienza da parte dei proprietari impeccabile, gentilezza e simpatia garantita. Sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità’. Villa molto ma molto bella ( le foto non rendono al massimo), privacy , tranquillità e a meno di 1 minuto sei sulla spiaggia. Pulizia top, arredamento nuovo ( ottimi i materassi) e condizionatori super… Complimenti !!!!

L accoglienza è stata ottima ,la casa è veramente bella ,dotata di ogni comfort, i proprietari Vincenzo e Patrizia sono persone molto attente alle esigenze degli ospiti ,decisamente consigliabile. Grazie di tutto.

Tutto perfetto!

Appartamento situato in una zona abbastanza tranquilla nonostante la presenza di una moltitudine di altri edifici vacanzieri e di due grossi lidi ad un tiro di schioppo. Buone le dimensioni della villetta, con un grande spazio esterno inclusivo di posto auto. Infissi di notevole qualità, idem dicasi per i vari climatizzatori di marca (Daikin, Samsung...). Doppio frigo, che ci è tornato utilissimo. Ma la cosa più importante (oltre al meraviglioso mare s'intende) è stata la squisitezza, cortesia e disponibilità del padrone di casa: da 10 e lode!

Villa e location perfette

La Villa è bellissima, curatissima e con ogni confort. La location è perfetta perché si accede sulla famosa spiaggia di San Lorenzo direttamente da una stradina pedonale uscendo dalla villa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, curano ogni dettaglio e la pulizia è impeccabile.

Soggiorno a Villa Carla Marzamemi

Casa ben arredata e curata e con tutti confort necessari che consentono di viverla in relax. Ha un giardino molto grande che può essere un ottima alternativa se uno non vuole andare in spiaggia che comunque è a 150-200 metri. Il mare di fronte è molto pulito . Per quanto riguarda i servizi c'è un market piccolo non molto distant,e in alternativa Marzamemi o Pachino a pochi chilometri. E' necessario automezzo Ideale per una vancanza con bambini. Il padrone di casa è molto disponibile e cortese e ha soddisfatto anche le nostre piccole richieste prima di arrivare.

Villa Carla: ben più bella dal vivo!

Villa Carla è ben più bella che nelle foto pubblicate sul sito! Il giardino è grande, ricco di fiori. La casa è nuovissima, arredata con cura, spaziosa e pulita. Vi ho alloggiato con i miei genitori e mia figlia di 4 anni. I portici esterni ai tre lati della casa sono godibili in ogni ora del giorno. Villa Carla è in posizione strategica: ad un passo dalla spiaggia di San Lorenzo, meno di tre chilometri da Marzamemi, venti minuti d'auto da Noto e a pochi minuti dalla splendida riserva di Vendicari. Vincenzo e la moglie sono molto gentili e ospitali. Casa consigliatissima!
