Communication was all over the place. Too many people responding. We were receiving different information for everyone. We didn’t get the code until just before check in. We arrived at the place only to realize the key was in a lockbox a quarter of a mile away. It was on a bike rack with another lock box and I was unable to open. I trecked back to the apartment in the pouring rain only to find out it had been under the mat all along. Very frustrating and very little assistance. The room was relatively clean, but very outdated. There were only a few towels left for the two of us for a 4 day stay. We should have stayed in a hotel. I do not recommend.
