"My girlfriend and I booked a weekend stay at the property and unfortunately, due to inclement weather, we were unable to go for our trip but Carlin was very helpful and communicative about helping us be able to come down another weekend so we could still do our trip. We look forward to experiencing this cabin!"

"The rooms were clean and updated for the most part. I had to change rooms because of inadequate hot water. My new room had plenty of hot water but the smoke alarm was taken down and not replaced for some reason. The USB ports on the table lamps were broken but I was able to borrow a wall charger from the front desk. At no fault to the hotel of course but I had to postpone my check in because of storm related power outages and road closures. Overall my stay was comfortable. I will most likely stay there again in the future."

"Clean place rooms very clean the staff is extremely accommodating and the location is wonderful quiet area even tho its in a small town I highly recommend Grey Swan. They went out of there way for me to assist me and my personal needs. Best place i have ever stayed i am 64 thats a long list to be at the top of being the best place ever. Met some iteresting people who also stayed at the Grey Swan."

"House was good! couple minor things but nothing that was detrimental to our stay. Contact with the guest contact was terrible, I called Saturday and never got a call back during our 7 day stay!"

"The house is larger than it appears in the photos and has everything you would need. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and we filled the house with the Bridal party and our family. There is soo much character everywhere in the house. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, the kitchen had every amenity I could ask for. Our POC for the house, Megan, was soo accommodating. The wedding date shifted by 2 months when the military had other plans for her fiancé, and we were allowed to shift our reservation without extra cost. Then we wanted to come in a day early to get ready, so she let us add a day. At the end the wedding wrap up ended late and we asked for late check out, which she again granted. It was a wonderful stay and I'd stay here again, but maybe without the pressures of wedding next time."
