「Amazing staff」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. We don’t think you can get a better location and terrace view across the valley. Plus a swimming pool in the Italian heat is worth its weight in gold. The breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic. We don’t find the walk a big issue. A couple of things to be aware of. We found it a little bit of an inconvenience being in the second property trying to get hold of staff when we had small issues i.e appliance not working The WhatsApp number provided didn’t work...

「We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel is stunning - the room, swimming pool area, views. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout, giving recommendations of places to visit, restaurants etc. Both breakfast and dinner were wonderful. Although the village is very small and quiet, it's just a 15 minute drive to larger towns. It really was fantastic value for money and we would happily come back!」

「The room was quiet with a comfy bed and all the little touches one needs. A kettle, coffee, shelves for your stuff etc… You can tell they’ve put time into thinking about every angle. The rooms are a very pleasant place to nap after an afternoon of wine tasting! We had the Barbera room which is up the skinny stairs but cozy and only muted church bells. The staff are genuine and kind. They helped me change a car reservation by placing a phone call and stayed on hold for me to the car company for...

「Beautiful apartment - everything is very elegantly done. The view from the terrace is stunning. We were able to sit on the terrace and have breakfast (which is delivered to the room). Sandra was great and also had a very comprehensive list of recommendations for restaurants. We will definitely be back!」

Abbiamo gradito molto anche la cena al ristorante accanto che è sempre gestito dall hotel. Non abbiamo provato la spa ma ci riserviamo di farlo se mai ripasseremo in zona!!」
