"Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut deutsch, somit war die Kommunikation problemlos möglich. Seine Tochter lebt auf der Anlage und hat den Check-in übernommen, das war in ca. 5 Minuten erledigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bungalow auf der großzügigen Anlage. Einiges Manko ist, dass man auf ein Auto/Fahrzeug angewiesen ist, um z.B in die Stadt oder an den Strand zu kommen. Zu Fuß ist es zu weit und der Weg führt...

"This hotel was amazing, we were traveling with our daughter so we had a suite for three people and it was perfect! The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make our time there feel special. Breakfast is great and a beautiful patio on the water - perfect way to start the day. Spa was also very nice. If you are staying in Novigrad this is absolutely the best place to stay!"

"Liebe Valentina! Liebe Marica und Anton, wir hatten 10 unvergessliche Tage bei Euch! Das Haus ist wirklich 1 zu1 so wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist und wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Alles hat funktioniert wie besprochen, alles war vorhanden wie vorher zu lesen war, und wenn es mal ein kleines Problem (Pool war eine Düse verstopft) gab, so wurde dies umgehend geklärt. Marica spricht nur kroatisch, was es am Anfang ein wenig kompliziert machte, aber Anton kommt mit seinem Deutsch und Englisch ganz gut klar, so das wir mit Händen und Füßen alles bereden konnten was nötig war. Man ist in dem Haus wirklich für sich, obwohl die Gastgeber im Haus dahinter wohnen, sieht und hört man hier nichts. Zu einem Strand benötigt man mit dem Auto knapp 3 Minuten, genauso zu den Einkaufsläden. Der Pool ist einfach ein Genuss, die Bilder hier sprechen für sich. Einen kleinen Haken gibt es, es befinden sich nicht genug Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern. Das wäre noch das Non plus Ultra wenn man hier aufstocken könnte. Wir waren 6 EW und hatten einen rundherum gelungen Urlaub. Uns fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Wer mehr Luxus braucht, muss diesen eben auch bezahlen. Uns zumindest reichte das mehr als aus! PS: Der große Kühlschrank auf der Terrasse ist Goldwert ;-) Immer kalte Getränke direkt am Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa Stella, ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Check In und Check out reibungslos, alles sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Haus befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, es wird da noch gebaut. Also bissl Baulärm unter der Woche aber auszuhalten. Am Abend sehr ruhig. Würden jeder Zeit wieder unseren Urlaub in dieser Villa verbringen.Liebe Grüße aus Bayern "

"We, two people, were there for the first three weeks of May.The house is very beautiful with lots of style and small details renovated. It is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Theresa and the garden have a private atmosphere and are quiet (at this time of year) and are similar to a beautiful "botanical garden" with the smell of the sea, pine trees and birds singing.The sea is very close, the water temperature was 18-19 C and we swam every day.If you like sports, you can run, hike, and cycle near the sea and in the hinterland.We did a lot of nice bike tours between 25 and 95 km/day.You must visit beautiful Grožnjan and Motovun using “Parenzana” from Buje (16 km away from the house)”.It was a very nice, relaxing and at the same time active vacation."
