「The value for money that you get at Mestil (especially at Expedia's discounted rates) is just incredible. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms are amazing, more like an apartment than a hotel! The environment is just heavenly and the food is very good. Since the lunch/dinner buffet's are a bit expensive (by local standards) you can save money by ordering food delivered on Glovo or cooking for yourself in your room since I think most rooms have a kitchen, which is amazing for...

「We had 3 rooms booked and paid for in full. But when we arrived the hotel was booked out. Very disappointing.
The reception staff were very nonchalant and didn’t really care that we had paid in full yet no rooms were available.
The Manager, however, was good. He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full.
But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full. And the refund took 3 weeks to...

「We had a wonderful experience … Theresa at the front desk was just amazing and the front office manager” Javon” I think trying to recall his name was so exceptionally kind , took care of our needs when we weren’t comfortable and that was so nice .
The waiter that was so kind to go an extra mile to make sure we receive the best care ..
Overall Speke apartments gave us the best care and I will return」
