“Cleanliness- bathroom tile grout need cleaning. Seen a few cockroach coming out of the drain in the bathroom. The bathroom faucet is moving. Need to tighten up fixtures. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Just need to quiet or lower thier voices early in the morning. I totally understand, the morning staff are busy, but lower down thier voices. We can hear thier conversations throughout the hallway. The walls are not sound proof. Too early, people are still asleep. ”

“Do not stay at this property. The photos are outdated and very misleading. Upon arrival, the building looked abandoned and unsettling. The room we were initially assigned was not safe or suitable for sleeping—there were many mosquitoes, and the bathroom was unsanitary. We requested a room transfer and were asked to pay additional money. Even after transferring, the new room still had mosquitoes. Both my child and I ended up with numerous mosquito bites.
