Location: in the delightful Adamo ed Eva residence, made up of extremely pleasant colored villas located just 500 meters from the beach with a shared swimming pool available to guests.

Description: first floor of a four-family building. Independent entrance onto a private garden. Entrance on the first floor: large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with dishwasher and dining table - bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with two single beds - bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine - terrace equipped with table and chairs. Double reserved parking space. Air conditioning in every room. Absolutely complete with every comfort!

Pool open and usable from 01/06 with opening hours 10-13 and 15:30-19

The price includes:
