Location: privileged position, in the centre, on the sea, in the only building in Marcelli di Numana with a private beach right in front of the apartment.



Description: welcoming two-level apartment with new furnishings, on the first floor of a small building. Entrance to living room with double sofa bed, dining table, kitchenette with dishwasher and equipped balcony with sea view - bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed – second bedroom with bunk bed – bathroom with shower – wonderful panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the entire Conero Riviera equipped with table, chairs and awning.

Air conditioning in the living room and sleeping area. The apartment has a private beach!

Pets are not allowed.



The price includes:

- consumption of water, electricity and gas

- 24 hour on-site assistance

- initial and final cleaning

- the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
