  • Location: detached house on three levels located along the famous Costarella, the historic fishermen's stairway that connects the historic center of the town to the beginning of the seafront. Just 100 meters from the historic center and 200 meters from the Spiaggiola!



    Description: recently renovated. Arranged on three levels.

    Entrance floor: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette (washing machine)

    First floor: double bedroom - bathroom with shower.

    Second floor: bedroom with two single beds - service bathroom.

    Mezzanine with single bed.

    The house enjoys a wonderful sea view.



    The price includes:

    - rental

    - consumption of water, electricity and gas

    - 24 hour on-site assistance

    - initial and final cleaning

    - the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
