Description: delightful two-roomed apartment on two levels immersed in the alleys of the historic centre.

Entrance level: living room with dining table - kitchenette - private garden - large covered terrace equipped for eating out and external room with washing machine and second fridge with freezer; going up the spiral staircase you reach the first floor composed of double bedroom with small balcony and bathroom with shower box.

Air conditioning in the bedroom.

Entrance on Via La Fenice and second entrance from the upper floor in Largo Garibaldi 14.
