「Very Clean and Great Place to stay 」

「Really lovely building and grounds.」

「the bathroom smelled like the pipes to the sewer were not right. the smell was there when i checked in and never went away. they don’t clean corners so there nice rooms are going to age quickly.」

「Nice accomodation. Clean and quite new room.」

「Dit was een verschrikking in Een gevaarlijke buurt en het was dubbel verhuurd Geen verder contact mogelijk en geen geld terug gekregen DIT moet gestopt worden En als nog mijn geld terug krijgen」

「This is not a hotel. It is a house that rents rooms out. That said, it was clean and fine for a one night stay. I was not sent check in instructions, so I had to call them when I arrived to see how to access my room.」

「Certainly not the best place to stay , some serious renovations needed , damp patches, server damp around windows, broken glass on window in bathroom .radiators need a good clean extreme build up of dust .also doors and behind toilet were filthy. Shower took forever to drain and black mould in shower. The room needs a realy good overall and not just a coat of bad paint job which it looks like they do. Lampshades and curtains Al need replacing as very dusty and nets mouldy from damp around the...

「The room was clean and the sheets. The common bathroom needs a bit of a scrub as the wall tiles are not clean The staff were pleasant and helpful」

「The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was close to the Parade. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Although we almost turned around upon walking down the block towards the guest house, I am glad we stayed there. Paul, the custodian, was charming and helpful, the facilities were adequate, and access to food make a simple breakfast was nice, but every room should have a fan. We appreciated the price, but will not stay there again.」

「L.ovely home. Mary made our check-in smoother. She helped」

「Perfect location. Easy check in. Reasonable price」

「Good view. Quiet. Clean.」

「Decent on paper, disappointing in reality. The room looked fine in the photos but fell short in person. We were on the ground floor and arrived to a strong smell of cigarettes - the throw blanket had a burn hole in it, suggesting a previous guest had smoked despite the advertised £100 fine. There was pink staining on the shower floor and the only chair had a broken spindle on the back - when I went to move it, the top rail separated entirely from the remaining spindles and I had to pop it back...
