We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a lasting impression—they were incredibly attentive, warm, and approachable, always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their level of service truly elevated the entire experience. The facilities were spotless and very well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. It’s clear that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are top priorities here. The food was also a highlight—every meal was sumptuous, flavorful, and beautifully presented, adding even more enjoyment to our stay. Overall, I would give this place a solid 100/10. I have spent my life working and living in 5 star hotels worldwide. The Copenhagen room is perhaps the most dynamic, as in the perfect Hollywood romance movie setting. i have ever experienced. From a custom 4 poster bed that could easily sleep 4, which sits viewing the Volcano sitting in the middle of the lake. Its a setting one would never forget. The staff is outstanding, extremely well trained, and truly dedicated to their guests needs. I didn't find a single staff member who i wouldn't have enjoyed calling a friend. The cuisine is truly fabulous, and prepared and served to perfection. The grounds groomed to perfection. The chance to have stayed here, is perhaps one of, if not the very best travel decisions i have ever made. Dont hesitate to stay here, you will never forget the experience.

Family really enjoyed this Beautiful oasis, just an hour and half outside of Manila. Everything about the property is breathtaking, the food is excellent. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.

A great place for family to escape the busy city and relax. I am grateful for all the staff members during our stay and welcoming us like family. I visited Nuuk with our family of 9 and had the best experience. I would like to thank Vince, Maica and Vincent for caring for our family. I hope they get the recognition and respect they deserve. Up close and personal view of the Taal Lake and Volcano. The facilities are well maintained and so clean. Staff are welcoming and courteous. If you want a private, intimate, and peaceful getaway, this is the best place to be. Only up to 39 guests can be at the hotel. Everything is picture perfect!

This property is truly stunning. Situated in front of Taal Volcano , early mornings in Nuuk is breathtaking. The serenity of Nuuk makes this place so memorable. The staff provided excellent service, they were attentive to our needs that make our stay super comfortable. Let’s talk about the food ! If you are looking for Filipino fare this is not the place BUT if you are looking for dishes that will blow your taste buds away this is the place!! We will dream of the slow braised lamb shank, stuffed chicken wings, fish and the sticky glazed chicken for days to come. Go to Nuuk, you won’t regret it.
How the chef stuffed this chicken to perfection is just mind blowing !!
This lamb shank was on repeat order for us !!
Nordic Breaskfast . Gravlax was sooo good!!

This place is perfect. Relaxing and customer service is fantastic. Struggled with the food choices. Its not the best tasting and because its very secluded and there are no other restaurants in the area its really hard to find food choices. Basically lived on french fries as that is the only thing that interest me. But the facilities and how awesome this hotel surpasses the food problem we had. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Probably one of my favourite hotel.

First of all I would start to compliment the amazing staff with the only goal to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. We had the chance to be so lucky to stay at the room Bornholm and Copenhagen and both rooms are super nice and we felt so welcomed. The food is amazing, and with a touch of the Nordic it is the best place to turn off your brain and relax. The staff will take care of the rest! 🍛 I highly recommend their calamanci!🍹

Our stay was just awesome!! The place so wonderful and all the staff from the manager Naeem, Carmella, Lyca, Jules, Arvin, Arrianne, Dhel - are all very kind and accommodating, so attentive to all our needs. Service was just so great!! I will bring my whole family next time we're able to come and will stay longer....and I'm even advertising this gem of a resort to all my Philippine families and friends. The rooms are big, clean and modern. Everything functioning so well! If you want to get away from the city or wants to vacation from abroad and stay in a quiet and lovely place to find peace and to rest quietly, to reconnect to your inner self, with the perfect view of the Taal lake in front of you, then, this is the place for you!
