"This hotel is in a great location, it has shopping, dining and coffee shops. The hotel is great and the staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Overall a nice stay."

"I arrived earlier than expected but the staff answered the phone quickly to let me in. The same when I needed to pick up my luggage the day after. The room was very clean, with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and the staff was really nice and helpful. It was very close to the city center. I will definitely repeat if I am ever in Västerås again."

"Location is excellent. One-hour drive from Arlanda sirport. No parking on property. Parking is in attached garage, operated independently and requiring to go out of the hotel and into attached building, use separate elevator, codes, etc. Next door to good grocery store. Accross the street from department store. Half block from pharmacy. Five-minute nice walk to and from the train station. Nice walking distance to the very pretty old city area. We were in a suite, so space was large and comfortable. Quiet. Good views. No AC, but we did not need it. Erratic room thermostats. Erratic water temperature in the shower. Not enough towels (more were delivered upon request). Excellent and not pricey restaurant. Good breakfast included, not as good as in the competing Steam Hotel or other Scandinavian hotels. A good place to stay in the city center, especially if you have not rented a car and arrive by train."
