“Good breakfast, staff was great, but my room (316) has some issues. Cable TV didn't work, and the shower also had some issues.”

“No extra blanket. Front desk would not answer. Housekeeping would not answer. Shower was COLD.”

“We were very impressed with the entire experience: beautiful home and grounds, cleanliness, staff, amenities…and had the whole place to ourselves. And a big thank you to Sharon, who made time to give us a tour and explain a lot of interesting history, and secret passages, in the house.”

“Our room’s bathroom was not fully clean and had a broken towel hanger and broken tp roll holder. Additionally, even though we got it for the kitchenette, we did not have pots/pans/dishes and were told we had to pay $25 to rent them which was not listed on the website. Later, I was told nothing could be done for these issues because we booked through Expedia and that a manager would contact us, but never did.”

“The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry……

“The staff was friendly. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and bed was comfortable.”

“Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. There’s 25 parking spots right behind the……

“The property was great! The entire staff (housekeepers, front desk, restaurant workers) was friendly and helpful the entire stay. Will definitely stay again!”

“Went for a concert at BOK. Great walking distance to the BOK center. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is ok. They have a very small covered parking area the rest is open. No real amenities other than breakfast and it’s ok. Kind of easy to find and when there isn’t a lot of road construction it’s easy to enter and exit. Not much for dining options and not really any shopping or attractions other than BOK and the convention center.”
