The location is the best from this property. We were able to access interesting tourist location walking. Access to the property was a bit challenging. I missed the communication with access information and was trying to call the phone number indicated as 24 hours for emergency and no one answered or reply to the WhatsApp messages I sent. The place was listed as having screen tv and daily cleaning. No screen on the room and no cleaning service provided Infiltration from the next room on the wall next to one of the bed made the room cold and humid Difficult access to the room on the lower level (no ramp and narrow staircase)

Lo mejor la sercania con la estación de metro,tren y autobuses Victoria, llegas caminando al Palacio de Buckingham. Tiene calefacción en invierno. Lo peor un lugar muy reducido, sucio y mucho calor sin A/C, no abanico y nadie te contesta cuando mandas mensaje, nadie quien te ayudé en la propiedad.

Endroit calme et assez bien situé. Literie et serviettes propres. Mais la chambre était vraiment petite, pas de place pour déposer ma valise ouverte sauf sur le lit. Durant mon séjour, on a manqué de papiers de toilettes et ce serait bien d'avoir plus de tablettes et crochets dans la chambre pour y mettre nos choses. Changer les tapis dans les escaliers et dans les chambres ne serait pas un luxe.

Hôtel bien placé. Quartier calme. Commerces et restaurants à 5min à pieds. Établissement un peu décrepi, mais chambre propre et lit confortable. Pas de contact direct avec le personnel, uniquement via WhatsApp, accès aux chambres par code .

They sold our room, even though I gave them all the correct details. They still sent us the codes to the room, where a family was screaming as they were asleep when we got back. Had no where to stay for the night. Had to spend £200 getting a Uber home. DO NOT STAY HERE

Very dated rooms but fair for the price I paid. Friendly staff, when I first arrived the electric plugs in the room were not working, but they came and sorted that asap. My only real issue was the morning I checked out there was no hot water for a shower :( which was a bit bizarre. Overall for the budget it wasn’t a bad stay.

Avoid this hotel. It was disgraceful. No staff available, bathroom not properly maintained. The carpets were badly stained with holes in the floor. The whole place needs to be condemned. The room was small ,no air con, although there was a free standing fan, which did nothing to cool the room.

CE N'EST PAS UN HÔTEL ! Pas de réception, il manquait 2 serviettes sur 3, impossible de joindre quelqu'un de l'hôtel. Par message, on vous dit de joindre l'assistance. Il ne parlent que anglais et aucune solution proposée par l'établissement. Pas de ventilation dans la la salle de bain, partie commune tres sale et en chantier, chambre sale, vue de la chambre sur les detritus du chantier, poils sur les draps, douche qui fuit... Une honte que ce soit en réservation sur HÔTEL.COM.
