"The location is unmatched and the value is excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly willing to meet any reasonable request. The included breakfast was amazing. Be advised there is a daily parking fee of $15 but this is an almost unavoidable trend in the industry. Again a shout out to the wonderful staff they made our stay amazing."

"This is an older property located in Oak Creek close to several restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. Maid service is available every day or as needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint we had was no shelf in the shower. We would stay here again."

"The property was conveniently located, just a few miles from downtown, but close to hiking trails and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was beautiful, but lacked a safe and closet. My only concerns. Breakfast on sight was fabulous and freshly cooked each morning to your liking! The chef was excellent and very friendly!"

"Amazing, pictures do not do the house justice! I love how mostly all the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Having the guest house for the louder folks was also a great addition. I hired caterers for 2 evenings because it was so much easier for 24 people. We had the most magical vow renewal with a double rainbow coming out! It was also a reunion of friends from 20 years so we were loud! Neighbors do not like any noise. Apparently called the cops on us at 7:05pm. Which was entirely my fault because we had a DJ, not permitted. In the contract the way it read to me was that no amplified music was allowed after 9pm, but it was actually no amplified music at all. I’ve never had such strict noise rules on a property but the neighbors are all older and want peaceful renters. Even though my miscommunication happened, Brandy the concierge was a doll to work with and very helpful whenever there was something that needed attention. The trip was 100/10 and we all loved staying at the Red Rock Retreat!"

"Loved our stay at Penrose!! Beautiful views all around. Perfect distance away from the main drag in Sedona. Peaceful and quiet! The women cooking breakfast on 10/1 and 10/2 were fantastic! Friendly, helpful and the food was delicious! It was our 1st time in Sedona and will not be our last! Can’t wait to come back and stay at Penrose!"
