At first it felt a bit removed from everything in Sedona but it ended up being just far enough from the center of town to relax and unwind after long days of hiking. “Beautiful views and cozy house. Check-in was seamless and without a hitch. Front door and garage codes were offered well in advance in an easily accessible format. Great pool with a diving board, huge hit for all. The kitchen has a lot of cookware and gadgets - we did need to supplement out own coffee and cooking oil (which we left for the next guests). The split floor plan made the layout great for our family's needs.”

“The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances……
