“Stay here several times a year. Always available and clean.”

“The facilities were adequate overall. However, the hotel advertises breakfast, which consisted of oatmeal in a packet, muffins, and granola bars. I do not consider this a continental breakfast, and the coffee was very disappointing. In addition to this, hotel promoted a swimming pool, yet it was locked during my stay and did not see anyone using it. While the staff was nice and facilities served its purpose, I find it misleading to advertise amenities such as breakfast and a swimming pool when……

“Charged a deposit for my dog when its pet friendly and then when I checked out Chris stated the money was put back into my card 5 days later nothing yet I call and the person that answers says the room was not left as is!!!! "AS IS " literally did everything but wash the damn linens the time ive stayed with Red Roof ive never have been asked for a deposit for my pet!!!”

“Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. Old towel was left from previous client. Very disappointed. But, since it was 1:30 am when we got here. We were to tired to find another place. Definitely will……

“If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. My husband got stuck in the bathroom because the panel of the door was coming undone. It is my fault I chose to ignore these smaller problems, but I……

“Nice, but no pool”

“Our was clean. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the ac worked good. The front desk staff at check in was nice and so was the lady at check out. Great stay for the money!”

“Very courteous and helpful staff and delicious breakfast just minutes from Downtown and SFA.”

“Man was it a challenge to make a u-turn during evening traffic to reach the property while traveling south. And the entry was flooded from recent rain. Hope this is improved at some point. I was in a truck and hesitated to drive thru the huge waterpool. Glad I was not in a small car. Good, hot breakfast, clean room, good parking.”

“Totally healthy breakfast, no pork sausage, bacon or ham. In fact there was no meat! I had 2 unpeeled boiled eggs and yogurt with walnuts and cranberries. I would have loved it if the eggs were already peeled. No crowd in the breakfast room. Great parking, clean room. Road construction makes it difficult to enter property during rush hour.”

“Room was clean but there was a weird smell when we entered. We got some snacks and air freshener at the dollar tree and it was ok. Ac worked great and the beds were comfortable. We didnt use the pool cause there was some weird guy lurking around and we were 3 females.. decent stay for the price but some of the people around were a bit sketch.”
