「At the time of check in they charged me a 75 dollar incidents fee. The money was taking off my card and she kept trying to get me to pay another 75 dollars… I kept showing her my bank account to show that it came out yet and still she wanted me to pay another 75 dollars… Then she took my card and made copies of it which I don’t agree with cause now my card number is just sitting there for other people to get access to it… Other than that my stay was enjoyable…」

Front desk staff very helpful when you have problems: but you will have problems. Extra linens in closet did not have pillowcase for pillow. Stayed in accessible room for higher toilet/ accessible shower. Room size is great, however: Prepare for flooding if you use the shower and moldy/ mildew smell. 「We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. We chose the Carolina Suite on the first floor because of mobility issues. However, we found the bed was so high that I was unable to get onto it without using a chair. We also did not use the shower because of the height of the tub you have to climb over without any grab bars. I would stay here again, but look for a different room.」

「Love the easy check in , contact free and straight forward . Love the room , very comfortable bed and pillows . Love the choice of pillows , clean and homy feel . The amenities are of good quality , like the variety of coffee and offer free of charge water machine outside the short hallway . Location are the best , major attraction and eateries and water front are all within the walking distance . We only stayed 2 nights 3 days but definitely consider come back to stay here again .」
