Located on a quiet loop beside the beautiful Marshlands & only 3 blocks from the beach, Ocean’s 10 is where you can bring 10 + 2 & your dog! You may not find another cottage in this area with ALL these amenities to bring your large family or group to stay. From its Blissful Outdoor Spaces to the Coastal Sophistication inside, all of your group will find their favorite spaces & things to do.
First, the numerous amenities! Drive into the Covered Parking & as you unload, you will be pleased to find an Elevator that will easily lift all your vacation provisions to every floor. The Fenced-In Backyard is a Playground for all… Adults, kids & the furry kids. Not only is the backyard fenced but there is a gate at the stairs on the upper level inside. Highchair & Pack N’ Play round out the Kid Friendly portion. The Pool is refreshing on those days you decide not to go to the beach. The Hot Tub is relaxing after you tour the area & check out all the shops. Southport is worth a visit for all the quaint shops it has to offer. The Bonuses in this Ground Floor area are the Outdoor TV & the Surfboard Table & Stools. Additional seating is available in this Covered Outdoor Lounge. On the Ground Floor Level is also a ½ Bath. How convenient! In the Garage are plenty of Beach Chairs & the 6 Seat Golf Cart which allows a group to explore the area together or hit the beach. (Additional Golf Carts are locally available to rent.) Don’t forget the marshmallows because when the sun sets, the Fire Pit can come alive. There are 2 Large Front Decks with Sprawling Views of Davis Creek’s Marshlands & the Intracoastal Waterway. The Back Decks overlook the Pool. There are Outdoor Dining Areas, a Bench Swing, Southern Rockers & even 2 Comfy Egg Chairs on the decks.
On the Upper Level is an Open Plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area that Seamlessly Flows for family or group gatherings. The Gourmet Kitchen is Well Stocked. The many small appliances include: Margaritaville Frozen Drink Machine, Blender, K-Cup Coffee Maker, Griddle, Large Stock Pots for Seafood Boils, Hand Blender, Soft Pretzel Maker & 4 Slice Bagel Toaster. The Large Island not only gives you extra prep space but also allows for a Buffet Meal Service. The Proximity of the Dining Table to the Kitchen makes serving & cleanup a breeze. Additional Seating is available at the bar in the Island. There are 2 Living areas. One on the 1st Floor & the Main Living area on the Upper Level. Both have Large Screen TVs. Log into your streaming accounts & the entertainment options seem almost endless. There are a Large Variety of Games, so you may want to create a Game Night.
Ocean’s 10 sleeps 12 in 5 Bedrooms on 2 Levels. All Bedrooms have TVs, Closets & Dressers for unpacking. On the Upper Level is the Primary (Bedroom #1) with a King & EnSuite with a separate Glass Shower & relaxing yet invigorating Jet Tub. This Bedroom has Private Access to a Back Deck with 2 Hanging Egg Chairs overlooking the Pool. On the 1st Level are the remaining Bedrooms. #2 – King; #3 Queen with Private Access to the Front Deck on the 1st Level. #4 – Queen overlooks the Pool & has Private Access to the Back Deck with a Bench Swing. #5 – 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds. There are 2 Shared Bathrooms on the 1st Level, both with Tub/Shower Combinations.
So, plan a Family Reunion or a Team Building Trip & feel like you stayed at your own Private 5 Star Resort. We call it Ocean’s 10 because if you were to judge this cottage as an Olympic Sport, you’d certainly give it a “10”!
