Great location and accommodations!

Great location and a very comfortable house. Beach access right across the street, food next door and right next to the farmers market. I hope to come back again. Also, if you are looking for a home to accommodate someone in a power chair look no further. Every deck was accessible.

Great house and location

House was great. Very well equipped and probably the best kitchen of any beach house we have rented. lots of beach chairs and other beach items already there. Beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of sitting room to lounge during down time.

Even with Hurricane IAN

Golf group had great time, even as remnants of hurricane Ian came through. Property managers kept in touch, offering assistance if needed. Loved the house -spacious and inviting. Will rent again!

House was great. No problems. Your picture shows direct view of the ocean,but someone has built a house in front of it. You might want take a new picture. That wasn’t a big problem, but some people might think so.

Perfect Stay

Great location and close to everything. Beach view across the street from the entire front of house. Rooms were large and decorated well. The common area is large enough for everyone to sit and visit or eat a great meal around the large table. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and nice dishes and glasses. Two refrigerators and freezers in kitchen. Hot tub was super nice. Too cold to use pool but it was a beautiful pool... Overall, a wonderful stay.

Extended family getaway

This house has the best location on the beach! The rooms are all very spacious with clean updated bathrooms. The kitchen is incredible with 2 sinks, dishwashers, and fridges. More than enough room for our group of 10. The beach wheelchair was the best addition - and it made it possible for my 83 year old mother in law to walk the beach with us because we could wheel her across the street, up the dune and onto the flat part of the beach. We walked to almost every dinner and ice cream spot. The only issue we had was the main door keypad was dead - but we got into the elevator and opened it from the inside. That was never resolved, even though we reported it immediately. I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect Vacation

This property was all-around phenomenal. It was very clean, exactly as described, and everything was in very good shape/working order. We had tons of beach vacations over the years and this was hands down everyone's favorite house. It is in an ideal location, directly across the street from the beach, next to a great pizza place, close to shopping and grocery. Our favorite part was the smell of dessert calzones coming from the pizza shop during our afternoon pool time! The pool and hottub were VERY clean, and it was serviced/cleaned during our stay as well. The property management company Salt&Sand Realty was great! They were responsive, engaged, we had everything we needed prior to arrival and they even sent us daily updates on local events and things to do. A+ all around, I can not recommend this property & management team enough!
