Nice place, corporate host, be careful downstairs

The house is clean, well appointed, generally comfortable and in a good location. It's as advertised. The elevator is a blessing.We found the downstairs bed and couches rather uncomfortable.The host is a company, not an individual, so expect to sign a ridiculously complex rental contract. Communication with the host, aside from the automated messages, wasn't timely or helpful.A significant issue is a suspended HVAC unit downstairs near the main access door. It has metal pieces at eye level that are difficult to see and its placement is right where one would walk to the elevator. It needs to have cushioning around the exposed metal and/or barriers around it. It's unsafe.
