Nestled among oak trees that give Oak Island her name, this beautiful home is centrally located in the heart of OKI close to shopping, dining, grocery stores, parks, and the water. The large circular driveway offers plenty of parking. On the 1st floor you will enjoy living, dining and kitchen, and master suite plus 2 more bedrooms. The 4th bedroom fills the 2nd floor with a unique bath and shower space. Behind the dining room is a conditioned sunroom where you can enjoy early morning sunshine.

Great for family of 9

Love that it’s one level and fenced in. Met the property manager upon check in and they indicated that they would be back the next day to cut the grass; however the grass was never cut during our stay. Great space in the living room and dining room. Would love to tent next year.
