There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in your family or group, equipped with two sizable ottomans to kick your feet up, an enormous sofa, and a couple of cozy club chairs. The large flatscreen TV hangs above a cabinet stocked with board games for the kiddos after a long day at the beach! The well-stocked kitchen will have you feeling right at home in no time, with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the supplies you'll need. For meals, you can gather around the large table together in the separate dining space off the kitchen.

On the main floor, you will find one of the four bedrooms, featuring a king-size bed, a large flatscreen TV, and an upgraded bathroom.

At the top of the stairs on the second floor is a great bonus/bedroom, with 2 double beds and one sleeper sofa! It also features a skylight and a flatscreen TV.

The incredible queen bedroom suite features a comfortable queen-size bed and a bathroom with a large vanity and tub-shower, and with a private balcony with ocean views. The fourth bedroom is a comfortable queen bedroom with stunning marsh views and easy access to the bathroom.

The outdoor area features multiple hammocks, a picnic area, a spacious outdoor shower, and a fully fenced-in back yard.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
