Beautiful home… perfect location!!

This house was absolutely stunning and had everything you think you would’ve needed for a beach vacation. The house was in a great location for restaurants and getting in and out of town. Having the beach just steps away was fantastic. We would book this house again in a heartbeat.

Great house

House was just as listed and the location was great. Property manager was excellent, easy to work with and kept us informed. Would stay here again if I ever have enough courage to vacation with my entire family again!

Great Week at the Beach!

Very nice home and would stay here again. Loved the decor, the updated appliances, the pool area, and the proximity to the beach. Our favorite part was enjoying the 3rd story balcony each night, looking out towards the ocean, hearing the waves rolling in. Would recommend this house to others and would return here ourselves.

Perfect beach home

House was in excellent condition with lots of room for a large family to spread out. We could have lived the whole week just on the upper deck- spacious, with great views and comfortable furniture. Highly recommend!

13 family members is not the easiest to find a place that accomodates all needs, but this one checked all the boxes. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy bedrooms, great pool area, outdoor shower, easy walk to the beach but the best of all was the large upstairs deck that had seating for all and a wonderful view.

The house was everything we expected and more. So many appropriate extras - lights on the steps, carpet at top of stairs for shoes and first rate appliances. We had a marvelous time and thank you for making your home available to our family. We have every intention of returning! If i had one thing i would change it would be the towels which did dry quickly but were very small. Thanks again for a great week!!!!

Beautiful home on Oak Island

My family of 10 just got back from a 1 week stay at Naut a Bad Gig. The house was beautiful and was set up very nicely for our 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was very well equipped. We all loved our private pool. The short walk to the beach access was easy for everone including the kids. Also great views of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. We definitely used the elevators for moving suitcases and bringing up groceries. We did contact the managers a couple of times at the start of our week and always received a prompt and helpful response. I would highly recommend this rental house and Oak Island.

Super chill vacation vibes

Beautiful views and quiet street. Loved the large indoor/outdoor space on the third level where we would all hang out cooking, chatting, playing, and relaxing. Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever experienced. They even had an Indian slotted spoon our Indian friend loved cooking with!

A wonderful property. The elevator wasn’t working all of the time, an issue with the magnet in the door on the third floor. Otherwise everything else was great for a fantastic vacation.

Family Vaca 2023

The accommodations did not disappoint for our family of 14. The description and photos accurately presented this vacation home. Oak Island exceeded our expectations as a clean, enjoyable, and low crowd destination. I took away one star from the property manager because I left an email about a couple of items on day 1 and had to follow up 3 days later. No bid deal. Just using the rating system.
