As you enter the home you are greeted by gorgeous and bright natural light vaulted ceilings with an open concept kitchen, living and dining area. There is a wraparound sundeck with patio chairs and rockers for hanging out and viewing the island surroundings. There is plenty of comfy seating for everyone to enjoy visiting and relaxing. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
