「Communication with the host is very good. Clear instructions for the property. The house is very comfortable to holiday in. We have stayed a few times and always enjoyed our time there. It does accommodate various age groups and we had a one year old with us. Although we had to shield the glass cupboard. A lovely property with a childrens play park within walking distance. If you have a dog, there are so lovely places to go all walkable from the property. A lovely farm shop selling fresh eggs....

「The owner did not give us details of access until after 12 noon on the day of the holiday. we were all coming from different areas. He came to see us that night and told my son to close the only window in his room, as it was broken. Luckily it was not too hot a weekend or he would have roasted. There was no outside seating in the garden area and my sister who is disabled would have liked to sit in the garden a while. Generally the property was not disabled access friendly with only steps at...

「My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area.」

「Once again, A big thank you for accommodating my wishes at you lovely property. My family and I had a lovely weekend break and the kids loved the cinema room. We forgot a few items but Anthony made them available for collect promptly. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Location good as we came to go to a family party in Castor. Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. A code for the key safe was e-mailed and sent via text at 1pm of day of arrival, but we had no notice that this was to be the process and we had to chase...

「Great communication directly with owners. Dealing with Expedia was awful. Parking was easy on street....nicely decorated house with good facilities.」

「Bad stay - the host did not send me check in details on the day of check in so I had to chase her up and she didn't even apologise for the hassle. One of the mattresses is so uncomfortable, you can Feel the springs. If you travel as 2 the host locks the bedroom doors for 1 room, is there any need? Overall, the place is okay but the hassle is not worth it 」
