“Coming to Belmar for the first time and expecting a quaint little hotel. Instead, we were welcomed with the lovely scent of cigarettes and run down everything. From the lobby to the 10x10 room for $235 a night, everything was a disappointment. Pool was not in working order and completely emptied. If I ever return to Belmar, I will definitely not be staying at this property.”

“The room would do just for one night if your on the road traveling and need to rest or just need a place to lay your head and wash. There isn't much to say besides the upgrades could be better, they could do a better job with overall cleaning and bedding. However, it could have been worse but we where able to make it work for one night.”

“I was on a solo me-time vaca. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Marilyn was so sweet and funny. The staff were friendly. The place was very nice and looked newly remodeled. I loved the modern decor. Breakfast is included and was very good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends. Also, it’s only a little over a block from the beach and you can walk around town. I didn’t need my car at all. I walked the boardwalk to Asbury Park and had dinner. Marilyn has bikes to rent……

“When i stayed for 4th of july there was no electricity. Room temperature at 82°. It was so uncomfortable. When I talked to front desk they said "sorry nothing we can do". I don't understand why it was not taken seriously or maybe call someone to fix the issue. I wish I could get a partial refund because even taking a shower was an issue. So bad.”

“Pulling up to this property, we could tell it was going to be pristine as the outside was immaculately kept. The room was as advertised -but SO CLEAN as well. It is rare to stay at a property where the pictures actually portray the room properly... There were no surprises here. The country decor is charming, and the theme carries through the lobby, halls and rooms. The beds were SO comfortable - best sleep in days! Thank you!”

“Breakfast buffet was great. Room was clean just a little small. Bathroom was clean but outdated. Pool and hot tub were the same temperature. I expected the hot tub to be hot but it wasn’t. Location is conveniently located near Shoprite and many restaurants, the beach and multiple shopping areas.”
