"Loved it here! Super cheap price and you get amazing customer service and a HUGE room. We had 4 beds (two double, two twin) AND a kitchenette. The shower had amazing water pressure. They are labeled as apartment-hotels I believe, and it lived up to its description. The breakfast was INCLUDED. It was absolutely delicious and their dining area was so beautiful. This is also in a gated part of town, so I did feel safer. It felt like we were scamming them with how beautiful and nice it was there. We purchased it last minute around 9pm that same day, because we saw a cockroach in the hostel we booked. Best sleep of my life! I would try all their locations! "

"The property was okay; the pictures are dated and the rooftop area was misrepresented (it is not as big - we had to fight for seats). Our shower also had mold in the top left corner, which was a bit concerning. The service was just okay; you had to constantly flag someone down for service and could not pay with large bills. The property also misrepresented the “shuttle service to the airport” - it is advertised as a free amenity that comes with staying at the property (it is the only reason we booked this hotel), but we were told you had to pay 15QUE PER PERSON (not trip). We ended up getting an uber for 10QUE for all 4 of us. "

"The Immaculada Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The highlight of the stay was the staff, they were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Some features of the hotel were fun and interesting, although I was never quite sure of the vibe they were going for. The biggest disappointment was the room. I spend a lot of time researching hotels and really getting drawn in by design style. The pictures on Expedia and the hotel’s own website do *not* match the actual room. I will provide a picture of the room from our stay. It was very cold and empty and did not have any of the charm or character that the website photos provide. I think our very room may have been used for the photos, compare for yourself and just book at your own risk! Overall a nice stay in a fairly walkable area but really disappointed with the way the room ended up looking. "

"The floor boards where peeling of, also could not test at night due to the elevator made a weird noise , so loud i could hear it from my room all day long. Also sounded like construction inside the building, construction at a neighboring building didnt help either till 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning."

"The area was great. Walkable to many places to eat, shop and go to the airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we did not like was the AC in the room. No matter how much we tried it wouldn’t turn on and the buttons were not helpful either."

Cuando fuimos a reportarlo a recepción dijimos que sólo fue el pasaporte para darles el chance que lo regresarán pero no lo hicieron . Desde el inicio todo fue mal"
