“We loved this place!! Like someone else said in another review, sitting on the porch feels like you're sitting right over the water. It was so comfortable, very straightforward to get checked in, and there was even spare coffee for us to enjoy in the morning. Right as we were leaving we saw a bald eagle battling with a duck on the river, maybe fifty yards from the patio. This was a remarkable place to stay!”

“As soon as we walked in and my wife looked out the window to the McKenzie River, she was hooked! We both loved the home just for the location. We had also planned simple meals to prepare while at the home. I found the kitchen well equipped to enable me to do all the cooking I'd planned. All I missed there was a meat thermometer, but that didn't spoil what proved to be a perfect ribeye! The only struggle we had was with the digital lock on the entry door, but our hosts were immediately available……

“We stayed the weekend to celebrate my Ducks birthday. It was about 20 min outside Eugene. The weather was rainy, cloudy and foggy but the view was still beautiful! Great family room for watching Tv and table in the dining area for games. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you need. If you like a fire you might want to bring some wood but other than that I can’t think of a thing we needed. Host was very responsive with questions.”

“This is indeed a nice, quiet riverfront home. It's about 20 minutes from Cottage Grove, and the drive there is gorgeous. Great internet speed, so you shouldn't have any cellphone issues if you have wifi calling enabled on your phone. It has all the amenities that you'd need for a longer-term stay: full kitchen, full laundry, full bathroom. The Lee family are incredibly kind and personable,and I'd highly recommend this property to couples, small families, or anyone that just wants some peace and……

“Loved our stay. The property is tucked away in the Springfield countryside, but only 10 minutes away from Eugene city center. The house is lovely, and we loved the pickleball court and game room. A perfect getaway to meet up with family and play pickleball every day.”

“We chose this property because of its' proximity to Willamette Pass ski area. It is a modern home with modern conveniences. Being able to park in the garage was super handy. It kept snow off the car and gave us an opportunity to load and unload the car out of the weather. The same could be said for a summer trip to the Odell lake. Communication was good with the prooerty owner. Definite pride of ownership.”

“The lodge owner JoAnne came to meet us as we pulled up in our truck. She gave a quick tour of the facility and our room. Very welcoming of our small dog, Bill. Invited us to a potluck on site that evening. There was an awesome musical trio of JoAnne’s friends. They played folk and rock tunes from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s until about 9 pm. Very cool! Room and our restroom very clean. Bed very comfy. Best of all a fresh loaf of banana bread awaited us in our room. Very cool!”
