“The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend ”

“The room was newly refurbished, good standard, bright, modern, all the basics, plenty of power points with built in usb ports.
The staff were helpful, friendly and tried hard. They were let down by outside contractor not fitting a new boiler properly so it took time before the hot water was fixed.
Letsface it , Yarmouth has a lot of old crumbly hotels that need a lot of work.
While overall the Hotel looks dated they are doing up the rooms.
It is a bit hit and miss but you're not paying much so……
