「It’s a very nice apartment. Whole building, including the center garden, the pool, the hallways are all decorated nicely. Very IGable.
Inside the apartment is also nicely furnished and clean.
We’ve got everything we needed for the stay. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. The good air-con was really a lifesaver in summer Spain.
Staff was very nice.
Car park is not at the apartment with a 30 seconds walk around the corner. Not a big issue at all.」

「We were actually accommodated at a different property at last minute due to a problem in our room that could not be fixed in time. Communication about the change was effective and helpful.
Alternative accommodation was excellent but not quite as well located as Casa San Mateo. 」

「Aside from the apartment itself, which is new and well equipped, the building is beautiful, and the surrounding residential area is pleasant and well-kept. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. The welcome was excellent. A car is preferable, although it seems to be well-served by public transportation.」

「雖然是個民宿，還有美麗的會客廳與中庭。空間足夠，設備算是新穎，衛生間也足夠大，但衛生紙的掛鉤掉落，也沒有置放衣物的設備，浴室隔間少不足，容易讓地板溼滑。」
