If you are attending any event at Oberlin College and Conservatory, this hotel is so conveniently located right in the middle of the campus. It is always VERY clean, the rooms are spacious and and the staff is friendly.

That whole "thermal heating" was a crock of crap.. if you dont like cold rooms.. find another place to stay. It took 3 hours to warm my room up.. and i like my room temp above 78..

Very Satisfied
We did not expect what we arrived to because the drive seemed to be very country. It was very clean. Turns out its the first hotel in the US to use Geothermal energy which I thought was great. It was a modern hotel, up to date. Rooms had ceiling fans to help, although the room was very cool without it. The man at the check in (we checked in around 9pm) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Photos attached are after we slept in the beds. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future stays.

Very nice hotel, very quiet neighborhood. Clean place. Great staff. Classic Apollo theater across the street is a timeless treasure. The restaurant in the hotel (1833) has the best steak ive ever had. The breakfast was amazing too. Will definitely return.

This hotel is a little off the beat and path but what a Diamond! The hotel room was lovely. Couldn’t ask for more! Dinner in the restaurant was AMAZING! Would definitely recommend this gem when traveling! Hope we can make it back again someday! Perfect!
