「急な問い合わせにもわざわざ丁寧に電話で対応していただけて安心して利用できました、 これは度重なる利用者の問題で住民の訴えだと思うのですが、上の階からの床を叩く嫌がらせが凄かったので、少し不快でした。 私たちは会話も小声で最小限にしてたのですが、滞在されることに対してストレスを感じてる方が住んでいるんでしょうね。気の毒です 宿泊は何ら問題ありません！」

「The place was everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make tea. It was exactly what we needed for the couple of nights we were visiting a friend in town. The location was great because it was not far from grocery store and the station. 「It’s really too small for 4 adults. I could not even stretch my legs because the sleeping area is too short. I’m only 165cm tall. I’ve found a cabbage which the previous tenants left in the fridge so I think they didn’t clean up thoroughly. However the manager and the owner responded quickly and try very hard to fix the problem. I would appreciate that. They have prepared abundant of good quality skin care and supplies for tenants. Awesome. Free parking is great. 」
